Eight verticals, one engineering team — from the first survey to the last commissioning signature.
Condensing units, ZEAS and Conveni-Pack sized, supplied and commissioned by our own team.

Cold storage costs range from ₹65,000 per tonne for large 500 MT+ projects to over ₹1 lakh per tonne for smaller specialised rooms. A 100 MT multi-chamber cold storage typically costs ₹65 lakh to ₹1.1 crore. Final cost depends on insulation thickness, Daikin model, structure type (PEB vs civil), DG backup and controls.
Most cold storage failures in India trace back to one root cause: under-sized or mismatched refrigeration. We engineer every project around the produce load, ingress heat, daily turnover and target holding temperature — then source original Daikin condensing units, evaporators and controls with full warranty. From mushroom AC rooms at 16 °C to banana ripening at 18 °C and frozen storage at –25 °C.
A typical end-to-end delivery covers planning through post-handover support.
Independent temperature and humidity zones for mixed produce — vegetables, fruits, floriculture and dairy.
16–18 °C cropping rooms with 85–95% RH, lateral airflow and aluminium rack integration.
Ethylene-enabled ripening with controlled temperature, humidity and ventilation cycles.
–18 °C to –25 °C frozen storage for produce, ice cream and processed foods with rapid pull-down.
Power backup sizing, PLC-based temperature monitoring, alarm systems and remote alert integration.
40–200 mm PUF/PIR panels with cam-lock joints, food-grade finishes and fire-rated options.
Each stage closes before the next one opens — nothing is ordered before the design is locked.
Produce type, daily turnover, ingress heat, ambient conditions and power availability.
Refrigeration load calculation, equipment sizing, transparent itemised BOQ.
Bankable DPR + NHB / AIF / PMEGP application and bank coordination.
PUF envelope → refrigeration → electrical → controls → trial run → handover.
Indicative ranges only. Final cost depends on site, capacity, automation level, structural design, material grades and freight.
All figures indicative and subject to revision. Subsidy approval depends on the sanctioning authority and current scheme guidelines.
Most project failures start where one vendor’s scope ends and the next one’s begins. We carry the whole scope — and the paperwork that funds it.

A 100 MT multi-chamber cold storage typically costs ₹65 lakh to ₹1.1 crore. Final cost depends on insulation thickness, Daikin model, structure type (PEB vs civil), DG backup and controls.
MIDH offers 35% back-ended subsidy (50% in NE & Himalayan states) on cold storage up to 5,000 MT; NHB offers 35% (45% in NE/hilly and special areas) on larger stores. AIF provides 3% interest subvention on loans up to ₹2 crore with CGTMSE credit guarantee. PMEGP offers 15–35% margin money for eligible entrepreneurs. Only one capital subsidy can be claimed on the same component; AIF can be added to either.
A standard 100 MT cold storage takes 10–12 weeks from site survey to commissioning. Larger 500 MT+ projects take 14–20 weeks. Mushroom AC rooms and banana ripening chambers are faster at 6–10 weeks. Timeline depends on civil readiness and equipment lead time.
Yes. As a Daikin Authorized Channel Partner, we source original Daikin condensing units (CCHMS series), evaporators (CRU-H series) and electronic expansion valve controls with full Daikin warranty and India-wide service network support.
Yes. We file PMEGP, NHB, MIDH, AIF and state subsidies in-house. Our DPRs include engineering-grade BOQ, layout drawings, financial models and scheme-specific documentation. No middlemen, no hidden consultant fees.
Yes. We execute PAN India across 25+ states with our operations hub in Uttar Pradesh. Site surveys are free within 200 km of an active project site; nominal travel charges apply beyond.
Pricing ranges shown are indicative only and depend on site, scale, material grades, structural design, freight and current market conditions. Subsidy approval depends on the sanctioning authority and current scheme guidelines.
A crop, a capacity and a location are enough to begin. Share drawings or site photos on WhatsApp if you have them.
