Tell us the crop, capacity and state. We map every scheme you can stack, before you spend on a DPR.

Calculators give the range. Our engineers turn it into a site-specific BOQ with subsidy mapped.

A Quick DPR for small projects (up to ₹50 lakh) costs ₹25,000–50,000. A Standard Bankable DPR for commercial projects (₹50 lakh to ₹5 crore) costs ₹60,000–1.5 lakh. Enterprise DPRs for industrial projects (₹5 crore+) start at ₹1.75 lakh. Cost depends on project complexity, number of schemes and liaison scope.
A bankable DPR is not a template — it is an engineering + financial document the lender can defend. Our DPRs combine site-specific BOQ, capacity sizing, civil layouts and a realistic P&L / cash-flow / DSCR / IRR model so credit officers approve without endless revisions. We also file subsidy applications under NHB, NABARD, AIF, MIDH and state horticulture schemes and coordinate department inspection through sanction.
A typical end-to-end delivery covers planning through post-handover support.
Engineering-grade write-up with itemised, transparent BOQ that defends every cost line.
Site-specific civil and equipment layout drawings — not generic templates.
P&L, cash flow, DSCR, IRR, break-even and sensitivity analysis defendable to credit officers.
Scheme mapping + application filing across NHB, NABARD, AIF, MIDH and state schemes.
Term-loan documentation, credit appraisal liaison and disbursement follow-up.
Horticulture / NHB / NABARD inspection coordination and sanction follow-up.
Each stage closes before the next one opens — nothing is ordered before the design is locked.
Project type, scale, scheme eligibility and lender fit.
BOQ, drawings, financial model, scheme write-up.
Subsidy + bank application submission, queries handled.
Inspection, follow-up, disbursement coordination.
Indicative ranges only. Final cost depends on site, capacity, automation level, structural design, material grades and freight.
All figures indicative and subject to revision. Subsidy approval depends on the sanctioning authority and current scheme guidelines.
Most project failures start where one vendor’s scope ends and the next one’s begins. We carry the whole scope — and the paperwork that funds it.

A Quick DPR is delivered in 5–7 working days from receipt of complete inputs. A Standard Bankable DPR takes 10–14 days. Enterprise DPRs with multi-scheme stacking and detailed MEP drawings take 18–25 days. Subsidy filing, bank submission and sanction timelines are separate and depend on the authority.

No. Subsidy approval depends on the sanctioning authority, current scheme guidelines, project location, applicant eligibility, available budget and inspection outcome. We maximise approval probability through correct scheme mapping, complete documentation and active department liaison — but final sanction is at the authority's discretion.
Yes — most subsidy schemes are credit-linked, meaning you take a term loan from a scheduled bank and the subsidy is released as back-end / front-end support against that loan. AIF specifically offers 3% interest subvention on agri-infra loans. We prepare lender-grade DPRs and coordinate with your bank through appraisal and disbursement.
Yes. We coordinate department inspection, respond to bank or department queries, manage scheme compliance documentation and follow up till disbursement. For execution itself, AgriMotion can also serve as your EPC partner — providing single-point project ownership from DPR to commissioning.
Pricing ranges shown are indicative only and depend on site, scale, material grades, structural design, freight and current market conditions. Subsidy approval depends on the sanctioning authority and current scheme guidelines.

A crop, a capacity and a location are enough to begin. Share drawings or site photos on WhatsApp if you have them.
