A cold storage can pair an NHB or MIDH capital subsidy with an AIF interest subvention on the loan. A mushroom farm is funded under MIDH or NHB, one scheme per component. The difference between 30% and 50% effective subsidy is choosing the right scheme for each project and filing it correctly. Which agri subsidies can I avail?

Can I stack multiple subsidies on one project?
Partly. A capital subsidy can be paired with an interest subvention — for example, an NHB or MIDH cold storage subsidy with AIF’s 3% interest subvention on the loan. Two capital subsidies cannot be claimed on the same component: NHB and MIDH/state horticulture mission assistance are mutually exclusive, so the right scheme is chosen per project. AgriMotion designs the legal combination during scoping.
How much will the consulting fee be?
Single-scheme filing: ₹35,000–₹85,000. Multi-scheme stacking with bankable DPR: ₹85,000–₹2 lakh. Enterprise / MoFPI filings: ₹2–6 lakh+. Fee depends on project size, scheme count and engineering depth.
Do you guarantee subsidy sanction?
No subsidy can be guaranteed — final approval lies with the sanctioning authority. AgriMotion maintains a 90%+ first-pass acceptance rate by writing to exact scheme templates and following up through approval.
How long does subsidy sanction take?
PMEGP: 60–90 days. NHB / MIDH: 90–180 days. AIF: 45–90 days. MoFPI: 90–180 days. Timelines vary by state, scheme and review committee schedules.
Do you also build the project after sanction?
Yes — AgriMotion is primarily an EPC company. Subsidy consulting fee is adjusted against the EPC contract value if you execute the project with us. We do consultancy-only filings too if you prefer a separate contractor.
