Eight verticals, one engineering team — from the first survey to the last commissioning signature.
Condensing units, ZEAS and Conveni-Pack sized, supplied and commissioned by our own team.

Tell us the crop, capacity and state. We map every scheme you can stack, before you spend on a DPR.

Calculators give the range. Our engineers turn it into a site-specific BOQ with subsidy mapped.

A bankable DPR is a Detailed Project Report drafted in the format required by banks or subsidy authorities (NABARD, NHB, MIDH, AIF, MoFPI). It contains engineering BOQ, financial projections, ROI analysis, statutory compliance documents and applicant KYC — packaged to clear sanction at first review.
Banks and subsidy bodies reject 40% of DPRs in the first review. The reasons are predictable — missing CMA data, unrealistic cash-flow, weak engineering basis, wrong scheme template. AgriMotion writes DPRs that pass the desk officer’s checklist in the first reading. We use the same engineering team that builds the project, so the BOQ, capacity and ROI math is defensible.
A typical end-to-end delivery covers planning through post-handover support.
DPR written to NABARD / NHB / MIDH / AIF / MoFPI / state mission templates — not a generic template.
7-year P&L, cash-flow, BEP, DSCR, IRR, payback and sensitivity analysis with assumption sheets.
Itemised civil, structural, mechanical and electrical BOQ prepared by our in-house EPC team.
Drawings, capacity calculations, refrigeration / load sizing and process flow validated by domain engineers.
Coordination with bank desk officers, NABARD / NHB / AIF cells until sanction letter.
Geo-tagging, KYC, ownership, land documents, NOC, environment and statutory filings as required.
Each stage closes before the next one opens — nothing is ordered before the design is locked.
Project type, capacity, location, budget intake.
BOQ, drawings, CMA, cash-flow, scheme alignment.
Bank / NABARD / NHB / AIF / MoFPI filing.
Query handling and follow-up till sanction letter.
Indicative ranges only. Final cost depends on site, capacity, automation level, structural design, material grades and freight.
All figures indicative and subject to revision. Subsidy approval depends on the sanctioning authority and current scheme guidelines.
Most project failures start where one vendor’s scope ends and the next one’s begins. We carry the whole scope — and the paperwork that funds it.

A compact DPR for a ₹25–50 lakh project takes 10–15 days. A bankable mid-size DPR (₹50 L–5 Cr) takes 20–30 days. Large MoFPI / AIF DPRs over ₹5 crore take 30–45 days including engineering drawings and multi-scheme analysis.
Compact DPRs start at ₹25,000. Bankable mid-size DPRs cost ₹60,000–₹1.5 lakh. Industrial / MoFPI-class DPRs cost ₹1.5–4 lakh. Fee depends on project size, scheme complexity, engineering depth and revision rounds.
No DPR consultant can guarantee sanction — final approval rests with the bank / sanctioning authority. AgriMotion maintains a 90%+ first-pass acceptance rate by writing to the exact template and supporting the file till sanction.
Yes. If AgriMotion executes the project as EPC, our DPR consulting fee is fully adjusted against the EPC contract value. We also assist with subsidy claim filing and joint-inspection coordination.
NABARD (Rural Godown, AIF, RIDF), NHB (cold storage, polyhouse), MIDH (protected cultivation, post-harvest), AIF (3% interest subvention), MoFPI (PMFME, PMKSY), PMEGP, PM-KUSUM, state horticulture missions and bank term-loan files.
Pricing ranges shown are indicative only and depend on site, scale, material grades, structural design, freight and current market conditions. Subsidy approval depends on the sanctioning authority and current scheme guidelines.

A crop, a capacity and a location are enough to begin. Share drawings or site photos on WhatsApp if you have them.
