A small starter unit (20–50 MT/yr) typically costs ₹35–75 lakh. A commercial farm (100–500 MT/yr) ranges between ₹85 lakh and ₹2.5 crore. Large industrial plants (1,000+ MT/yr) cross ₹3 crore. Final cost depends on civil, refrigeration brand, automation level, rack metallurgy and location.
Mushroom farming is climate-physics. We engineer the building envelope, airflow, humidification and rack utilisation around your crop cycle so every harvest is repeatable. From a single 20 MT/yr starter unit to multi-room 5,000 MT/yr commercial farms, our turnkey approach removes guesswork from civil, refrigeration and process design.
A typical end-to-end delivery covers planning through post-handover support.
PUF-insulated halls engineered for repeatable yield, lateral airflow and hygienic finishes.
2–4 °C cold storage with Daikin / Bitzer refrigeration, dispatch staging and shelf-life management.
Phase-1 bunker / Phase-2 tunnel concepts, blower sizing, plenum design and process movement.
4–6 tier modular racks for crop cycle, harvest reach and ventilation distribution.
Air handler sizing, steam/ultrasonic humidifiers, fresh-air make-up, exhaust and CO₂ monitoring.
Single-point project ownership with annual maintenance, agronomy support and spare-parts assistance.
Each stage closes before the next one opens — nothing is ordered before the design is locked.
Site, crop, output and budget assessment.
Room layout, refrigeration sizing, transparent itemised BOQ.
Bankable DPR + NHB / SHM / AIF filing support.
PUF + refrigeration + electrical + commissioning + AMC.
Indicative ranges only. Final cost depends on site, capacity, automation level, structural design, material grades and freight.
All figures indicative and subject to revision. Subsidy approval depends on the sanctioning authority and current scheme guidelines.
Most project failures start where one vendor’s scope ends and the next one’s begins. We carry the whole scope — and the paperwork that funds it.

Yes. For a private promoter, MIDH (through the State Horticulture Mission) pays 40% of the cost norm on mushroom production, spawn and compost units (50% in NE & Himalayan states), and NHB pays 35% (45% in NE/hilly areas) on integrated mushroom units — one scheme per project component, never both. AIF can add a 3% interest subvention on the bank loan. Approval depends on project type, location, applicant category and the sanctioning authority. AgriMotion files the documentation on your behalf.
Cropping rooms typically run at 16–18 °C with 85–95% relative humidity during the cropping cycle. Spawn-run requires 22–24 °C. Post-harvest cold rooms are held at 2–4 °C. We engineer the AHU, humidifier, fresh-air and exhaust loop to maintain these set points uniformly.
AgriMotion executes compost infrastructure (Phase-1 bunker, Phase-2 tunnel, aeration plenum). For ready compost supply, we coordinate with vetted regional compost suppliers based on your location. Many of our clients eventually set up in-house compost units after stabilising production.
A small starter unit takes 90–120 days from order. A commercial 100–500 MT/yr farm takes 4–6 months. Industrial multi-room plants take 8–12 months. Timeline depends on civil readiness, equipment lead time and any subsidy / DPR approvals running in parallel.
Yes. We offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for refrigeration, AHU and controls, plus spare-parts assistance. For agronomy support during crop cycles, we connect clients to experienced mushroom consultants in our network.
Pricing ranges shown are indicative only and depend on site, scale, material grades, structural design, freight and current market conditions. Subsidy approval depends on the sanctioning authority and current scheme guidelines.
A crop, a capacity and a location are enough to begin. Share drawings or site photos on WhatsApp if you have them.
