System scope
PUF/PIR panel rooms (80–100 mm), Daikin/Bitzer refrigeration, ultrasonic or steam humidification, fresh-air unit with HEPA option, LED grow lights, PLC controls and HMI.
Subsidy alignment
Mushroom units are eligible under MIDH (40% of the cost norm; 50% in NE & Himalayan states) or NHB (35%; 45% in NE/hilly areas) — one scheme per component — plus AIF interest subvention on the bank loan. We provide engineering drawings and BOQ that match scheme guidelines.

What is the cost of a mushroom cold room?
Small oyster units (200 sq ft) start around ₹4–6 lakh. AC button mushroom rooms (1,000 sq ft) range ₹18–30 lakh depending on automation level.
Can the same room be used for spawn run and cropping?
Possible for small units with set-point switching, but commercial farms use separate rooms to maximize cycles per year.
Do you provide spawn or training?
We focus on civil-MEP infrastructure; we partner with certified labs and trainers for spawn supply and SOP handover.
