Overview
Lower CAPEX, faster ROI than a full polyhouse
Net houses are the smartest entry point into protected cultivation — half the cost of a polyhouse with most of the agronomic benefits. AgriMotion engineers GI-tubular insect-proof and shade-net structures with the same NHB / MIDH-approved specifications used in commercial polyhouses, including drip-fertigation skids, anti-virus covers and hail protection for hilly regions.

What crops are best suited for net houses?
Leafy greens (spinach, methi, coriander, lettuce), nursery seedlings, floriculture (chrysanthemum, marigold, gerbera), capsicum, cucumber and high-value organic vegetables. 40-mesh nets are essential for thrips-sensitive crops like capsicum and tomato.
Is MIDH subsidy guaranteed?
MIDH subsidy is rule-based and approved by state horticulture departments subject to scheme allocation, geo-verification, and applicant eligibility. AgriMotion ensures documentation is bankable and tracks the approval, but final sanction lies with the department.
How long does a net house take to build?
A standard 1,000 sqm insect-proof net house takes 30–45 days after civil readiness. Larger 1-acre projects take 60–75 days. Hi-tech anti-virus structures with fertigation automation take 75–90 days.
What is the difference between net house and polyhouse?
Polyhouses use UV-stabilised plastic film for full climate enclosure (heating possible). Net houses use mesh/shade nets — open to rain and ambient air, but with pest and light control. Net houses cost 30–40% less but are unsuitable for tomato/capsicum during heavy monsoon.
Do you supply nets only or full turnkey?
AgriMotion offers full turnkey EPC — civil, GI structure, nets, drip, fertigation, MIDH filing and commissioning. We do not undertake materials-only supply unless the project is over 1 hectare and the customer has prior protected cultivation experience.
